Synopsis

Under abnormally high temperatures, monsters are stirring. Temperatures continue to rise in L City, Country A. A construction accident awakens strange insects slumbering underground, wreaking havoc on the city and parasitizing humans. Humans, once controlled by their emotions, transform into terrifying monsters. The apocalypse has arrived. Xiao Jie, an ordinary office worker, intended to leave L City with his mother on this day, escaping the shadow of domestic violence, but unexpectedly gets caught up in it all. To save his mother, he begins his escape, a desperate struggle for survival.
